Big Sean was here in town on our station @KUBE93 and was asked about his feelings towards Ludacris and his recent Big Sean Diss. Ludacris the vet has recently released a mixtape that is on fire. It has a more southern sound and Luda has several guest appearances by Rick Ross, Wiz Khalifa, Meek Mill and more. But on one track Luda flowed solo on the song Baddaboom to respond to a comment made by Big Sean. Check the interview..

B.O.B Is Set To Drop His Sophmore Album

B.O.B. burst into the game and just took over. He has done things that none of the artist are doing. He has hit the charts with a variety of songs and styles. Remember, he is a Grand Hustle artist. However, he does not sound like Grand Hustle. He has worked with everyone from T.I. to Wayne, Haley Williams to Bruno Mars and Jessie J. All the while still keeping it his style. Please don't confuse his swagger, he had to show Tyler The Creator that he ain't to be f*cked with. Recently, he even performed for Obama to help raise funds for his upcoming campaign fund, now that is big. His second album will named after the collaborations song he did with Lil Wayne called "Strange Clouds". Expect it to be on the next level.

Tupac's Back...With A Diamond!

Congrats to Tupac for a HUGE accomplishment. Tupac's greatest hits CD just hit diamond status. That means he has sold more than 10 million copies worldwide. That was a hard task even when CD sales were real strong, let alone in this climate. Physical CD sales have been way down while download sales are starting to increase slowly. Eminem is the first artist to make a million ALBUM sales on digital downloads (see previous post). Tupac just released a two new songs, The Road To Glory, and a Diss track to Dr. Dre, Nas and De La Soul. The news of the accomplishment comes just one week after his 40th birthday. Thanks for the memories and R.I.P.

Breezy Is Taking Beef To Another Level
Ya man Chris Breezy has been beefin' with new artist Frank Ocean lately over twitter. Frank Ocean is currently blowing up with his dope new record "Novacane". The song is a heater and Chris Brown took to twitter to express his admiration of the song and Frank Ocean himself saying "I f--- with Frank Ocean! Reminds me of a young James Fauntleroy or Kevin Cossum [sic].". Immediately, Frank Ocean responded with a snide comment and said Breezy reminds him "of a young sisqo or ike turner.I dont like underhanded comments." Wow! And let the beef begin!!! So that misinterpretation sparked a heated beef which led to Frank Ocean boldly showing up to Chris Browns dance studio. When he arrived he was greeted by two of Breezy's cousins. Frank reportedly ran to his car and the two cousins chased after him in their car. Doesn't look like Frank is big on beef, kinda looks more like a chicken man to me. I don't know check the video and you tell me.

Check out Kurtis Blow Jr.'s new joint Californication. Don't compare him to his father but do you think he has a hot song? Not every rapper son gets his/her fathers talent. Remember Dougie Fresh's kids and Lil Eazy just to name a few. Well check out KBJ and see what you think.

Lupe Fiasco To Appear On What?!?!

Lupe Fiasco is supposed to appear in an interview with the number 1 hip hop enemy, Bill O'Reilly. Say What?!?!?! Pass the popcorn and a cherry Dr. Pepper, I gotta see this sh!t. I like Lupe a lot, but has this brotha lost his mind? It would be different if he was going with intention of reppin hip hop and proving that we are intelligent, respectable, grown adults and businessmen. No, I am SURE that O'Reilly has invited Lupe because he is the only rapper who has stood out against Obama. It ain't like B.O'R be bumpin some hip hop in his ride. Just another opportunity to slam Obama and use a brova to do so...damn shame. Hey Lupe....good luck with your career.
