Is Lupe...Lupie?

Lupe Fiasco has always been a very conscious lyricist. Spittin rhymes about everything from black pride to street life, social injustice to poverty. For his third solo album, a release was looking real grim. In fact, he was told that if he doesn't lighten up and make some hit singles that the album would never see the light of day. At first, he contemplated retiring. After reconsidering, he heeded the warning and decided to drop the new album lasers which features the single "Can't Get You Out Of My Head" featuring Trey Songz. The album is dope as usual and now Lupe is on the campaign trail. I think he is really trying to generate some interest by coming out and calling President Obama a terrorist. Never have we heard these statements from Lupe before. Now that he has a new album that HAS to sell, we are hearing these accusations. As a result of his statements, he was recently invited to an interview with Bill O'Reilly.

Lupe Fiasco is supposed to appear in an interview with the number 1 hip hop enemy, Bill O'Reilly. Say What?!?!?! Pass the popcorn and a cherry Dr. Pepper, I gotta see this sh!t. I like Lupe a lot, but has this brotha lost his mind? It would be different if he was going with intention of reppin hip hop and proving that we are intelligent, respectable, grown adults and businessmen. No, I am SURE that O'Reilly has invited Lupe because he is the only rapper who has stood out against Obama. It ain't like B.O'R be bumpin some hip hop in his ride. Just another opportunity to slam Obama and use a brova to do so...damn shame. Hey Lupe....good luck with your career.
