A Skater Guy Tries To Choke Out DMX

There was a rumor floating around that a guy jumped on stage while DMX was performing and tried to choke him out. Who in the hell would attempt that? Everybody knows DMX got problems. The guy who people say is the alledged "choker" is an underground skateboard legend Andy Roy. TMZ caught up with him to find out if it is true and WTH? was he thinking.
