Usher, J.D. and Bryan Michael Cox Get Burned
Usher is being dragged into court along with Bryan Cox and Jermaine Dupri for copyright infringement. A group by the name of Reel Tight recorded a song called "No More Pain" based on Ernest Lee Straughters Original record "The Reasons Why". Judge Christina Snyder ruled that Straughters case against Usher,J.D. and Brian Michael Cox had insufficient grounds for Jury Trial. Last week another Judge challenged that decision. Meanwhile, Usher and associates are trying to stop the lawsuit from moving forward. Check out the song below that THEY say "Burn" has infringed.

Jamie Foxx Had To Whip A Lil Ass???
TMZ reports that Jamie Foxx attended an Usher concert in L.A. at the Avalon. When Usher took the stage everyone rushed towards it. In the process a guy slams into Jamie Foxx, Jamie turned and asked "what the hell are you doing?". The guy takes a shot at Jamie and consequently, Jamie reminded this fool that he was Ali's trainer! According to witnesses they exchanged punches before security was able to intervene and threw the guy out. Jamie Foxx was unharmed and still stayed to watch the rest of the show. Ironically there is a video of the incident floating around that was taken by Damien Wayans. Yes, another nephew from the Wayans clan. So far the video has not been released.
