Rick Ross Is Free..

Rapper Rick Ross who's government name is William Leonard Roberts II was sued by the Real Freeway Rick Ross. Rapper Rick Ross was being sued for utilizing Freeway Rick Ross' image, name and reputation to give his rap career credibility. When Freeway Rick Ross was released from prison he took offense to Roberts' use of his name and image. Freeway Rick filed a lawsuit against Roberts to stop him from using the name. Meanwhile Rapper Rick began using the name Rick Rozay in case he lost the lawsuit and needed a name change. Well Rozay can breathe a sigh of relief after a judge threw the case out stating that Freeway had no case. Meanwhile, Freeway is crying that he only had three free public defenders while Rozay had ten high powered lawyers to defend his MMG empire. The funny thing is that Rozay never said he was Freeway Ricky Ross, he just used the name which many people share. Freeway has the nerve to try to cash in on a free meal ticket and when he got shot down he blames Rozay for hiring the best to defend his money from a greedy, has been, washed up, broke drug dealer. Freeway, instead of suing him for taking your image, you should have sued for his image without a shirt, that's just wrong. #imjusayin

Omarion Goes MMG?

The rumor mill is circulating. Rick Ross has been said to be looking for the next R&B act to add to MMG. Word on the curb is that he has been in talks with Omarion formerly of B2K. As you may recall, O was signed to Cash Money a while back. Then O was overseas trying to clear up that he was NOT a part of Cash money. He did originally sign with them but asked to be released. Since, YMCMB has blown up. Meanwhile, Rick Ross is killing the game and now O wants to be down with the MMG Family. Ross took O on the road to do some live shows and see how he works out. Sources say that Omarion hit the stage with the group to see how the "Vibe" was. Rick Ross says he likes the chemistry of his current roster and he doesn't want to mess that up. No word yet whether the collabo worked out or not but it would be interesting.
