New Music By Nelly ft. Jermaine Dupri - Where They Do That At

Nelly and his Boo are back. Recently, Nelly dropped a new record and his Boo Ashanti dropped two new joints. It's been a minute since we heard from either of them. They have both been through a lot, Nelly's sisters death, both artists struggled with their label situations, including their personal on again, off again relationship with each other. Seem like lately they took advantage of the time apart and hit the studio in hopes of returning to the game. So far both artists have hot records, check out Nelly's new joint featuring Jermaine Dupri "Where They At".

C'mon Son! WTF?!?!

Rapper Freddie Gibbs dodged a bullet the other day, facetiously speaking. The 2010 Source Magazine Freshman has recently signed to Young Jeezy's CTE imprint label. He has been on the trail promoting his mixtapes and upcoming release on C.T.E. While traveling Freddie decided to stash a bag of weed in his luggage that he checked. Apparently, he didn't realize that they still scan and go through your luggage. The TSA agents did him a big favor by not turning him. Instead they left him a note on the weed that said "C'mon Son, Lol" and actually let him keep it. You must not be that bright to try to fly with any narcotics but the fool took to twitter to out himself. C'MON SON!!!

Yung Joc's Studio Gets Robbed

Sunday morning around 5:30a, two caretakers of Yung Joc's recording studio were approached by two men who were hiding in a bush. The two men forced the caretakers inside and tied them up with duct tape and zip ties. The men began to rob the steal about $50,000 worth of recording gear and two guns. The two men got away and the studio caretakers were able to free themselves and run a mile to the nearest neighbor for help. Investigators say they have some good fingerprints from the scene.

Bricksquad Member Gunned Down

Last Friday Night, new signee to the Bricksquad Family Slim Dunkin was murdered outside of an Atlanta recording studio. He was there for the filming of a new video for Gucci Mane and V-Nasty called "Push Ups". Slim Dunkin was out in front of the studio when he became involved in an arguement with a man. The guy pulled out a gun and shot Slim in the chest. There were roughly 20 people around but all have a different account of what took place. Waka Flocka and Dunkin were childhood friends. Waka took to twitter to release his feelings saying "Wish it was me" and "My F'n right hand is gone". No matter the reason, it's still another senseless killing. Rest in peace Slim.

Reality Check For Olivia

I admit, I am a fan of Love and Hip Hop. I am really a big fan of Olivia's and I feel that this is a time for her to shine as a solo artist. She has been without a deal for many years. This recent project is strictly funded by her and her manager Rich Dollaz. Here is an excerpt of a meeting rich set up for Olivia with Wayne Williams of Sony Records. Check it out!

New Ciroc Ad

Gotta give Diddy credit. The dude never stops hustling. Check out his new Ciroc ad that's not aimed at hip hop at all. Very smart business when think globally.

Swizz Beatz Needs A Swiss Bank Acct

The Ruff Riders beat maker has been very busy lately. He has gone from just a beat making producer/rapper to big businessman. He has signed some great endorsement deals that include Reebok and several others brand names. His biggest and most recent deal is as the VP of Creative Design for the British car company Lotus. How in the hell is he getting deals like this? He and Will.I.AM both have creative Design positions for big companies. What kind of skills does Swizzy have to land a gig like this? I ain't hatin, I'm just sayin! Can a brotha get a job and a company car? This event launched a new car by Swizz called The Lotus Bespoke. In addition there was an album launch and in attendance was Mrs. Beatz (Alicia Keys), Alec Baldwin, and Russell Simmons to name a few. The night was capped off with a live performance of the newly released T.I. Big ups to my man Kaseem Dean a.k.a. Swizz "Businessman" Beatz.

Meek Mill Backstage Footage

Meek Mill is definitely one of the dopest new artist and surely one of the best on Maybach Music. He has definitely been hustling and it shows. All of those trips to different cities opening for other groups. The mixtape joints work. Young artists pay attention to the love Meek Mill gets in this video.
