Skateboard P does it again. The Billionaire Boy has a new venture with Diageo to create his own alcoholic beverage called Qream. Diageo is the same company that partnered with Diddy for Ciroc. Pharell's new beverage however, is a vodka based cream liqueur. He says it's aimed at women but men will like it too. The big clincher is that it's super low on calories and it's 95% free of lactose.
